Dry Winter

Storyline

Dry Winter follows the life of a young couple in a small town that lies between the ocean and outback in regional South Australia. Their portrait unfolds in a hypnotic fashion, journeying into the pair's partying and working lifestyle and the sprawling landscape that separates them. Adopting a hybrid documentary style with a cast of non-actors, Dry Winter offers a nuanced and realistic depiction of a couple on the edge of breakdown.
